caplive@aol.com Perfect Time This song was written by Dave Heins: Dave also played the acoustic guitar and some bass. Randall Collins on vocals. Dennis Roys did the editing. Starting with band in a box real tracks we got a pretty nice start. Next we moved to Studio One and added electric guitars, acoustic guitars and Randy added some percussions. That's a fun one.
From a mix/production level the bass seems muffled and rumbly.
It could use something to make it clearer...maybe a little EQ peak where is crosses over into treble territory or cut a little of the kick drum where they cross over.

Hi,
A very attractive melody and good vocals!
I like what I heard.
But I think the band is a bit snowed under (if you can say it like that).
What Ray and Vic wrote on that is a good advice: give the band some more dynamics. And the solo a boost!

Good rock/pop song with energy and catchy melodies.
As others have mentioned, the mix is a bit dull and needs some EQ work, not only in general, but also the individual instruments. But it'll be worth the time because it's a good song.
I really enjoyed the listen!

The drums are a bit "muffled" sounding. But does not detract from the overall song presentation.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
