I was waiting for the right opportunity and this is right up my street! I am now one of the key players and the first team meeting is tonight. Mind you, its not difficult to be important here if you are educated and show determination and creativity but it can be so frustrating to find the opportunity to make it happen. Everything here runs on WHO you know and that is all. I have taken the time over the last 18 months or more to network and build up those connections. It has brought me nothing yet so I hope this is where it begins to pay back, at least a little...
