To clarify, the DAW does not seem to be counting 12/8 'correctly'. Instead of using dotted quarters for the beats (like Noel described above), it is considering two 8th notes to be a beat, which does not make sense musically. Setting the DAW to 4/4 is probably the best solution. Andrew PG Music Inc.
