Hi, and welcome.
It'll be best if you can say which version you have of BiaB (Pro, Mega, Ultra, etc.) and which style you're trying to use.
Sometimes things are hidden in the stylepicker because there's a filter set that one hasn't noticed. Click the [Clear] in the top-centre first before searching. I'm presuming you have rebuilt the styles database, as BiaB asks for that when needed, but if not, there's a [Rebuild] button bottom centre.
Jazz relative beginner, starting at a much older age than was helpful.
