Check your Midi Tracks for CC64 Sustain. This is intended for use with instrument types with quick decay such as Piano. If used with other instruments such as Pads, Strings, or wind where notes can be held over a nimber of notes, then you will hear discordancy as the Sustain carries the notes over into other Chord pogressions.
