I always thought a roll-off was what the drums played before the marching band started playing.
I think it would be cool if we could get some specialty RealDrums for situations such as this. At least for use in RealBand.
Snare Roll-offs. Full Drum Section Roll offs. Cymbal swells. Hi-hat riffs. Wind chimes. Cowbell. Gong. Whatever else you could think of.
These could be short, utility RealDrums that you could insert where you needed it.

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
