Dan, if putting a capo on the first fret wouldn't just be an G#/Ab chord? The fingering would still be 320033 from the capo would it not? The capo would raise each note by a half step. When putting on a capo a guitarist would still use the same chord fingerings, it would just be a different chord, in this case a G to G#. Or am I on a different wavelength then you?
