What that Reason applet shows you is a set of chords that work with the key you have selected. While the BIAB Chord Builder is powerful, it is basically a tool to create a chord if you already pretty much understand how to select chords to begin with, i.e., create progressions. Here are a couple very useful diagrams that show you the relationships and order of progress of diatonic chords from the tonic chord of the key you select to work with. Major Key Chord Map Minor Key Chord Map Mugglinwork's Theory For Songwriters is a great free resource. This seems to be helpful. But I don't quite understand. I need to take my time.
