Is it just my imagination or is Real Track 2928 Joe Robinson Acoustic guitar out of time. I have tried playing it alongside quite a number of EV Drum tracks and it is significantly out of time. You can particularly notice this when Joe plays/strums (a "chick") on an offbeat.
I have tried putting an offset on the Guitar but it doesn't improve it.
It's a tasty guitar Real track and I would like to use it on a "Ry Cooder" style song but it always sounds "messy".
I look forward to your thoughts.

I listened to the _EASYGO style demo in a few keys. RT2928 maybe has a slightly relaxed feel but I didn't hear any timing problems. It could be a specific riff you're hearing in your song, or tempo stretching artifact...
What key signature, style and bpm is your song project in? Do you notice the timing issue more when you have multiple chord changes in a bar? Are you using pushes?
The song project key signature has a strong influence on what RealTrack musical phrases are selected. The styles has some influence on which RealTrack musical phrases are selected. The bpm could cause artifacts to be induced.
Perhaps you could freeze the tracks, save the sgu file, post the sgu file in the cloud and then post a link to the sgu file. That way other users, and PG Music, would have the opportunity to hear what you're hearing.
Or you can freeze the tracks and attach the sgu file to an e-mail message to support@pgmusic.com. I would make sure to provide a link to this thread so PG Music Support understands why you're sending the e-mail.
I just tried _EASYGO style as you suggested at EV 110BPM.
If you just solo the drums and guitar you can hear significant double hits on the guitar (chick) and snare all the time. It's not laid back - it's out of time.
How do you fix this?
Best Regards Nigel

I've also examined this in Reaper and I think I've found the problem.
The good News - most of the Guitar 2928 Real Track is in time.
However a large percentage of the offbeat "chicks" are way ahead of the beat. This looks to me like a programing error as I can't imagine the guitarist getting so many notes out of time.
There is a secondary timing error in the strum patterns before the "chick" off beats where the guitarist runs his fingers across the fret board to the on-beat. Here none of the strum is in time. These appear to be way behind the beat. I'm not a guitarist so I'm not sure of the term for these "Spanish" style strums.
It sounds like PGMusic and no other BIAB user can hear the problem so I'll go ahead and edit the guitar track in Reaper manually. I've already done some test editing and it sounds miles better in time.

I've loaded this up and regenerated a few times now but get none of the problems you are hearing. I've tried the demo song for _EASYGO and a few others. The style _PONDER, to me, the feel between the guitar and congas doesn't sound like a good match but I still wouldn't say it was out of time.
Something weird going on. Have you tried loading the WAVs / WMAs directly from the Realtracks folders into Reaper and checking that way?
If you could link a .wma file of what you are hearing (e.g. dropbox link), that would be useful. Then I can determine if it is literally something I am just not hearing, or if there is something different happening on your system.
