It was missing in the Folder and I downloaded and reinstalled all files and the file still was missing. I've reached out for PG Support many times and they have even seen the problem using TeamViewer but never gave me a solution. I asked them to just send me the missing file since it isn't bit but they said they couldn't.
As a last chance I contact another person who had the program and he sent me the file and putting it in the folder solved the problem.
I'm glad I can use those drums now but very unsatisfied with PGs support. They don't give a issue number and don't follow up until it's solved, so everytime I've contacted them I have had to explain everything from the start.
