Ahh ok, I'll check out the plugin later but in the main BIAB program I set this up and regenerated the tracks but no intro/lead in drums. It goes straight into the song. I know there are a lot of options there, but what you have gotten is exactly what I would expect based on not putting a check in the box for "allow leadin...". Try something different and experiment.
