I am curious if most people use this option.. "Generate 2-bar ending".... I have to go in song settings every time I create a new song. Wish this option would remember that I disabled it instead of defaulting to on every time.
Also would be nice to have a button for the F8 option for multiriff. On mac I have to hold down the function key to acces F8. Very cumpersome.
Piano Roll
In piano roll it would help workflow in my opinion if you have an edit mode where notes are added and deleted with single click. Clicking blank sopt adds and clicking on a note deletes. This mode is toggled on and of with button on toolbar. (ie toontrack ezdrummer 3)
PLEASE make velocities adjustable by clicking on the note. Even if it's a command click etc. Adjusting when the notes are so close in the velocity editing section at the bottom of the piano roll is very cumbersome..
Make the snap dropdowns more user friendly to non musically educated people! Use 1/4,1/8,1/16 etc instead of cleff notes etc.
Add transpose functionality to selected notes via right click menu instead of shift clicking.... Ideally add up or down 12 semitones for bass tracks!
Audio Edit window
Please allow auto scrolling while making selection on an audio file.. Now you have to zoom out to make larger selections. Needs to scroll with your selection at any zoom level..

A good general idea would be to add an assignable actions menu to each function as they do in reaper. Would be a great addition!

My list would be a hundred pages long but the bulk of it would probably come down to that one big problem. The convoluted menus are just hell. Biab simply tries to do too much with them and they are often confusing, unnecessary and can slow the workflow down to a point that makes you want to not bother.
One example, "select realtracks". This should have no sub-menus, it should be one click to open up a single Realtracks window (not two different ones) where we make our choices. Having all the options shown in the menus, including their current state - it's just madness. Honestly, I sometimes don't know if I'm coming or going with it all!
Of course a lot of this could be forgiven if we had customisable key shortcuts.
Concentrating on just these two things alone would massively improve the software quickly, easily and probably cheaply.
The piano roll? Hmm. Up until now I've not been too bothered by it for the simple reason that any midi editing I wanted to do, I just did in the DAW. I have used software from the early 90s that had more usable and advanced key editors than Biab's current version - just not worth the bother.
However, with the advent of playable realtracks I agree this now needs some serious work. Even bringing it up to the most basic of usable functionality would be a huge leap forward.
BTW, not sure about on Mac but about the velocity adjusting problem, just use shift +/- on the selected note for increments of +/-5 (I think).
A few of the things you wish for are already present, at least in the Windows version. [I can't speak for the Mac version.]
Here's a suggestion that might help you. Make a separate post for each item in the 'regular' product forum. Ask if this is possible, and how. Then come back here with specific requests.
