Hello, I am trying M_EZLIPS.STY I noticed that the bass as well as the piano do not play.
Berntd,
I check all my Styles (10,300+) and cannot find 'M_EZLIPS'.
Can you check the name and the source of that style?
BIAB & RB2026 Win.(Audiophile), Windows 10 Pro & Windows 11, Cakewalk Bandlab, Izotope Prod.Bundle, Roland RD-1000, Synthogy Ivory, Session Keys Grand S & Electric R, Kontakt, Focusrite 18i20, KetronSD2, NS40M, Pioneer Active Monitors.
Ah, OK, I think it must be 'M_EZLISP'. I'll check and come back....

Can't seem to find the style M_EZLIPS.STY you mentioned and I have 2023 UltraPak, has it been misspelt ? Have you tried a Stylepicker rebuild?

OK, I listened to the Demo song (after regenerating). There is an issue at the end of the first chorus (32 bars) where the song gets 'stuck' on bar 32 before starting the 2nd chorus.
The song is in C, but immediately the song gets to bar 32, the whole song changes to another key. I've seen it go from C to F and C to A.
When it does this it generates silence for a couple of bars while it 'catches up'
It's an issue. I'm not sure why (above my pay grade - which is zero). I'll report it to the developers. It's not an <F5> setting (a key change is not specified) and shouldn't get 'stuck' anyway.

Thanks for your kind help!
No, It is M_EZLISP.Sty -- It got you as well then :-) I have edited the OP.
I am not worried about the demo.
I just created a simple song with a few chords and it will not play the instruments I mentioned. And as mentioned, I cannot get the instruments to sound even when using the Mixer->Pianos
Even when re-selecting the Bass Realtrack, it will not play. If I use any (I tried one) other style and select this Realtrack, it does play.
And what's up with the Message I got about Hi-Q patch?

I've pointed the developers to this thread, so hopefully they will see the overall issues that are being encountered.

Perhaps start a new thread that mentions the Sforzando issue?
(it may get better attention?)

Dan, if you load the demo song for the style: "M_EZLISP Demo (MIDI SuperTrack - EZ Listening Piano Quartet).SGU" and play it, does the key change at the end of the first chorus and it seems to hesitate while it generates?

I simply create a new song and just add 1 or 2 chords. Then test and the problem is already there = No Bass - as in silence when muting the other instruments

I tested with 4 bar diddy. All tracks played well. The Bass played fine upon muting all others. Only unusual observation from this simple test is that the song did not stop when expected. It continued to play to end of 8 bars. Have you adjusted the endings?
If I load the style and replace the 1388 Bass with 1386 Bass, the bass will also NOT play.
If I load sister style: M_EZPN85.sty, (slow version) and replace its 1386 Bass with the 1388 (the non-playing one), it plays fine.
The problem thus seems style related and more specifically to the actual track since the bass can play if I load it into another track in the same style (see earlier test)
It seems as if the first track is invisibly disabled in this style.
Regards Bernt

But that is not what is happening here?
Side Note: In early Dec 2022 my 5 year old Dell DAW died. Within the next two weeks I purchased it,s replacement. A brand new shiny modern updated DAW with all the whistles and bells installed. Since that time BIAB has been working better than in the past. I have had numberous examples where I am not able to reproduce issues which others are reporting. Heck, in the past I was the one reporting most of the issues. But not since the new build. A coincidence? ...maybe or maybe not! Good Luck.
