You guys nailed it thanks! Removing the .AVI file fixed it.

It was actually even more complicated than that for me.
BIAB exports AVI video files that are very inefficient in terms of quality and storage size. I converted to MP4 h264 that resulted in 5Mb file instead of 50Mb.

After this, I deleted the AVI but left the MP4 with same filename as song.

This causes BIAB to suicidally open the Video Window, which then crashes BIAB.

Maybe PG MUSIC could offer MP4 and better codecs for video export. This is a very nice feature if you haven't used it, and a good alternative to audio export, as you get the audio plus visuals of the chord sheet.

When using MP4 H264 the video file size is the same as 320bps MP3 audio file.
