Songs opening in the wrong key.

When I first saw this I thought, though I couldn't see why, that this might be a strange issue of me running BiaB in Wine+Linux and then using the song on Windows 8.1, but I'm beginning to think that isn't the case.

I've had a number of songs open in the wrong key. Last night I had one (Autumn Leaves Em) open in Am, so I transposed it to Em and saved it. Today I've opened that file again, still on the Windows machine, and again it's in Am. I've transposed it again and saved it again, but when I reopen it, it's again back to Am. I have no transpose set. The date/time of the file does change, so I'm pretty confident that Windows thinks it's being rewritten. Looking at some others that have behaved similarly, I see they were all in minor keys ... Cm, Dm, Em and they all go to Am.

I'm wondering what goes on. Is this really a 'peculiar' to me, or do others also see it?
