I just read a very sad new. Burt Bacharach passed away at 94. He was certainly one of the best popular music composers ever.
His songs were covered by numerous jazzmen (including myself, modestly)...
It's impossible to list all the hits he authored, but I'd particularly remember "A house is not a home"
