You can definitely do this in biab.

6/8 is the compound time signature equivalent of 2/4. At the same tempo.

Just put a bar of 2/4 wherever you want 6/8.

6/8 means two beats with each beat having three eighth notes.


If you need it notated I’m compound time signature (ie 9/8 or 6/8) press the notation button and set the time signature to 9/8 which is the compoind time signature equivalent as 3/4. Then you’ll see 9/8 and 6/8 notation. If you don’t care about the notation you don’t need to do it.
