It has been several years since I've had BIAB crashing but this new version is crashing fairly frequently. Fortunately the autosave feature is working so I've not lost any work yet due to this.

There seems to be a problem with the feature that is supposed to ensure that two tracks using the same RealTrack will not duplicate each other. I have run into this several times with 2023. To explain further, I have a song with "3907 Guitar, Acoustic, Rhythm SongwriterPumping8sDADGAD Ev 085" on two separate tracks one panned left and the other panned right. Every time I generate, there will be several (10-15) random bars playing the exact same bit which means the guitars cease to be panned and are now centered and louder because they are playing identical bits. I fix this by manually redoing each bar using the Multiriff feature which is great but it all requires extra time and effort. Oh and I should mention that when I used these two RealTracks in the key of C this issue did not occur but when I transposed to D and regenerated this problem appeared.

I am noticing a significant slowdown when inserting and deleting bars. This used to be instantaneous but now takes a couple of second sometimes. Again, not an insurmountable problem but an indication of the wrong direction for a program that is, shall I say, cumbersome to use at best!

There are a few other weird things I've seen that I guess I will start documenting to share here. But I don't wanna be on the 3rd-string beta test team! I just wanna use the software I bought!
