When I go to Print Button from the Lead Sheet View, I am brought to the Print Options screen. The Title field is pre-filled with the Song Title. I delete it.

My use case: A pdf that includes only bar lines with chords in between them and bar-lyrics underneath. Both need to be large enough and compact enough to play piano and sing from a 9x7 ipad air 2.

Since I'm using an app on the ipad that will show the song title at the top, I don't need it on the pdf. There's no setting in BIAB that I can find to reduce the space between the Title and the music, so if I erase it from the Title field, it looks perfect on the print preview and the printed pdf, with as little white space as possible.

Now the question: When I go back to the main Chord Display Window, the Title has disappeared! Surely this isn't right.

I can confirm if I save it like this and reopen, the Title remains missing.

My work-around is to save song before printing to pdf, and then I can back out of the file without saving, so that upon reopening the name remains in the Title on the Main Screen. (Or type the title again in either location before a final save.)

I am on the most recent Build 1006 - BIAB 2023 Windows
