When I go to Print Button from the Lead Sheet View, I am brought to the Print Options screen. The Title field is pre-filled with the Song Title. I delete it. ... Now the question: When I go back to the main Chord Display Window, the Title has disappeared! Surely this isn't right.
You didn't mention how you 'Delete'.
When I use this method from the Lead Sheet Window, it works fine. It reduces the headroom taken up by the title, and doesn't delete the title from the Chord display Window:
