It appears you want the RealTrack Violin on the Melody Track to rest for the entirety of Bar 4.

Try the following steps

Select Bar 4 and open Bar Settings (F5)
Click the RealTracks Button
From the dialog window select the Melody Track
In the Long Bar beneath the Tracks list, type 1152 and select the RT1152 Silence instrument
Assuming you want the violin to unmute at bar 5.
Select bar 5 and repeat the steps above and select the Violin RT number to replace RT1152.
Press OK

Regenerate the track to activate the changes.

It's visible in the screen shot attached the Violin mutes for bar 4 and returns to normal at bar 5.
