But, based on your initial post, this may not be what you're after. You mentioned a "fast four" kind of style which that definitely is not. Strathspey is typically a slow, lilting style, as described in this really useful video:



But, that being said, can you post a youtube link of an example of a Strathspey that more conforms to your "fast four" description?

This style does more match the "fast four" you describe, but I certainly wouldn't refer to it as a strathspey:
