Modal restricts actions to function of that specific box menu. Like you are in jail, until you exit. Can I understand "Modal" in this way? If you want to regen different parts of the song, because 2022 MultiRiff is modal, first you select a portion in ACW, then F8 MultiRiff regen, click apply. Before you can select another part in ACW, you have to exit MultiRiff window, select a new area in ACW, then open MultiRiff dialogue box again in order to Regen? Let me know if I misinterpreted "Modal".
