Chris, I am a big fan of the blues and you nailed the blues with this one.
This sounds like a live band playing in a smokey bar.
Thierry's vocal is outstanding, as is the backing band and mix.
This is some outstanding blues.

Once again, I am amazed at how well the French language and Thierry's vocals work for a blues.
Very tastefully arranged.

What I understand from the translation, this is a very dark story, still my cup of tea and perfect for French blues. Thierry's voice is excellent and the interpretation is convincing.
I really enjoyed the instrumentation, no need for drums to distract the experience, the piano is hauntingly perfect for the mood and brings forward the excellent chord progression. The resonator and the harmonica fill nicely.

Nicely done . . . really like the restrained, atmoshperic and moody music backing. Thierry does a terrific job on the lyrics. Interesting lyric, but one that fits well with the sound and mood you’ve created. Well done!
