Danny, Ed may be on to something here, especially if you have an acoustic-electric steel string at home now. If not some of the acoustic-electric steel strings are very inexpensive. All you have to do is rework the nut and bridge to accommodate the wider nylon strings and that’s not hard to do nor is it very expensive to have done.
