Fun listen!  Sock hops are a bit before my time. As a kid, I remember getting the book Your Manners Are Showing by Betty Betz, and finding it a fascinating time capsule filled with drawings of crew cuts, poodle skirts and Coke bottles with paper straws... Glad to hear you back on the EWI! Thanx Dave. Even though I lived in a small town that was a couple of years behind every other town sock hop were before my time also. Thanx to Stan, a person I have never met, and my neighbor, a computer hoarder, I was able to play an EWI again. One must have a XP computer to set up the EWI. I had a XP notebook that after a number of months of my EWI dying I recycled. Thankfully my neighbor had one.
I think my wife has started to show the first signs of dementia.
She said she can't remember what she ever saw in me!
