I am assuming you are using the notation part of BiaB, right? If not then that is the place to start. Using MIDI styles or RealTrack styles that have MIDI charts are ideal for practicing. Choose styles that you are not accustom and follow the bass notation. Change speed to slowly add the amount of difficulty.
