Band-in-a-Box VST and Pro Tools/AAX DAW Plugin (Windows)

Hi!
This seems to be problem not often reported but, with no firm answers as far as I've been able to locate.
My Hard Drive ran out of space and was replaced with a larger SSD.
A new instance of BIAB 2023 Ultimate Plus was installed about 4 or 5 weeks ago. (Also took 3 days!!!)
(The earlier Version worked flawlessly and the added features of BIAB 2023 Ultra were Great)!
Went to use it today for the first time since download/install and completed the registration etc. and although the Stand-alone version is operating as I understand it should, the VST Version, which is the intended use, has the subject matter Issue.
Opened my Song and installed an instance of BIAB as an instrument.
The Chord page opens with a Style already showing : ZZJAZZ.STY Jazz Swing Style.
I've created a set of Chords for a song I'm working on.
Style Picker opens and style: "ibyrddu3I" is already highlighted.
I select my Style, (I've tried a number of different ones), the Quick Play works fine on all of them.
I select "OK", the screen goes back to the Chord Sheet Page but the Style has not been loaded and the same initial Style is still showing.
Although it's nothing like what I want, I've tried generating the ZZJAZZ.STY style but, it just repens the previously highlighted "ibyrddu3I" style in the Style Picker.
And it just goes round and round going nowhere!!
I've Rebuilt the Styles a number of times, deleted the VST from my Song (in Studio One Pro 6), shut down the Song, shut down the DAW and rebooted the PC a number of frustrating times with no progress!!
Any Clues??

Hi Ken! It sounds like the plugin is unable to access certain folders which it requires in order to function correctly. Could you please provide the version of OS that you are using as well as the plugin version (can be found under File->About)?
