BIAB has the 7#9 chord. For example C7#9. The chord you've written is the 7#9 based on C#... i.e. C#7#9 which could also be entered as Db9.

If you are trying to get a C chord with a #7 and #9, BIAB does not recognise this. If you are meaning to play the B instead of Bb (in C7), Cmaj7 will do that. However, there is not a Cmaj7#9 chord available in BIAB. If this was the chord you are after, you could try Gaug/C or an EmMaj7/C.
