Seems your DAW's are not finding the plugins. I came upon this text file. Maybe it will help? Otherwise, all working well for me in Reaper.

Band-in-a-Box DAW Plugin
__________________________

This folder (\bb\BBPlugins\Files) holds copies of the several different types of the Band-in-a-Box DAW Plugin that may be useful in different situations. When you installed the DAW plugin, the files should have been installed to the appropriate locations (for example, "C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3" etc.). However if you need to, you can copy the files from here to whatever folder your preferred DAW uses for plugins. 32-bit versions of the plugins are in a subfolder to avoid confusion.

If some files described below are not present, run the DAW Plugin installer again (located in bb\Data\Installers) and make sure your desired plugin type/category is selected.

Band-in-a-Box DAW Plugin Standalone.exe is a special version of the plugin that is not used within any DAW, but instead works as a stand-alone program. This file is useful for troubleshooting or for people who want to run a simplified version of the Band-in-a-Box program. You can use this program to generate tracks and drag them to Explorer.
