It is ancient history and no where near represents the best product for the job in current BIAB. For the past couple years PGM has provided a free version of VSTSynthfont. The installation file is downloaded with your BIAB version. You will need to search for a good .SF2 file to provide the sounds. But this will be the best option to get the best sounds from BIAB Midi. Come back if you need specific help on the installation. Many of the folks here use this option.
