It essentially uses triplets (3 notes per beat) over the main 4/4 beat. Try using Pushes where you place a '^' in front of the chord name.

<Alt><F5> opens the menu. You may have to experiment, and you may not get the result you want.

Another idea is to change to a 12/8 or 6/8 style for that bar, but I'm not sure how that will sound. I presume not so great.
