I was having an issue of when I would click and drag for example a master track to let's say a wav box to input to my daw, it didn't create a "dragdrop" folder in my BB applications folder so the wav box would turn gray again. I had to manually create a "dragdrop" folder in applications, Band-in-a-Box folder, then it would work.
