In the Options | Preferences dialog there is a setting to load previous style, song, or none (as you are probably aware), but there isn't a way to load a specific style that I can think of.
However you can use hotkeys to make it quick... If you have a style set as a favorite, you can type S 5 <enter> when Band-in-a-Box loads. This brings up the style favorites dialog, and you can then just press <enter> assuming that the style is selected there.
