I originally wrote this song as an instrumental, then fellow songwriter Jim Gear contacted me asking if its ok to write lyrics for it. Instant "Sade - Smooth Operator" feel (that's good), and Jim has the perfect smooth voice for it.
Pretty cool and interesting arrangement from the intro to the end.
Mix wise I would turn down the chimes a bit in the intro, but that's just a nit in a really professional production.
Good song!

Jim's vocal fits your smooth island groove perfectly.
Loved that groove and instrumentation.

Great collab! We could feel the breeze in our hair while listening.  Great vocal, band, mix and lyric Excellent island vibe and the congas fit in very nicely...really nice RD track. The solo guitar was a good choice also. Everything is hittin' the note. Well done! J&B
