Ok, just a quick thought.
In song settings uncheck "Generate 2 bar ending for this song". this should give you better control to roll your own ending.
Then adjust the final two chords in "Chord Settings" (Alt-F5) to adjust timing, maybe a shot?, or hold?. I'll give it a shot, thanks!
