Nice looking, but not for me. I gig for a living and it would be a shame for something like that to get beat up. One-nighters are notoriously hard on gear.

Pretty piece of artwork. Who knows what it sounds and plays like?

Other than hanging it on the wall to look at, why would anyone buy a $2500 acoustic guitar off the internet?

I guess you could fly over to Bali and play it first. Blueberry Handmade Acoustic and Electric Guitars are made on the tropical island of Bali.

“Amazing! I’ll be working with Jaco Pastorius, Charlie Parker, Art Tatum, and Buddy Rich, and you’re telling me it’s not that great of a gig?
“Well…” Saint Peter, hesitated, “God’s got this girlfriend who thinks she can sing…”

Musiclover, if I had that guitar it would be in a glass case hanging on my living room wall. I would NEVER play it. Any more than I would buy a fine piece of sculpture and play with it. But I have better things to do with roughly 3 grand. Like pay my mortgage, pay my utilities, and eat...

I'll see your quote and raise you smile

Flight cases.

If you are gigging, the absolute best protection you can get for your instruments is the minimum you should go for.

IMO, the “Gig Bag” is the most misnamed product in the music catalog. It's probably designed so you will harm your instrument and force you to buy a new one.

Back on topic.

As a gigging musician, I go for good instruments, but I go for the point of diminishing returns. If throwing another $100 makes it 25% better, I go for it. If throwing another $100 makes it look better but not play/sound better, forget about it. One-nighters are hard on gear, even if you transport them in flight cases.

So I would never buy that type of guitar. I'm a player, not a collector.

When I had my prized Les Paul I had a case that was drop rated to 40 feet. One night leaving a gig at like 3am, I set the black case on top of my dark blue car, loaded some other keyboards stuff into the hatchback, got in my car and drove away. I felt the case slide backwards, looked in my mirror and saw it fall off the car. And then in my semi intoxicated state I backed up to where the case was and drove ONTO IT!

Threw it into the back seat, got it home and checked it and despite a tire mark on the felt it was not damaged.
