PS Bud, as a bass player, feels that RT upright tracks, as with about any studio bass recordings typically need specific eq settings per song to sit in the mix nicely. The jazz upright tracks with more playing up the neck tend to "cut" a little better, IMHO, but as mentioned some manipulation will allow about any of the bass RT's (electric or acoustic) to sit in. FWIW, YMMV and grains of salt smile
