Extra points for ignoring the worn template of so much P&W music.
That bass growl and heft is wonderful.
Lots of hearts on the sleeve but the hand beyond the cuff is you and, man, you've created a wonderful piece of music.
As someone not particularly receptive to the message I was captured by the musical elements, the package including lyrics, and didn't want the song to end.

Thanks Ray! Yes I like most of the DOD sets! There are a couple that have been pretty much useless to me though unfortunately! I personally feel that the BIAB drums have the better sound but sometimes can't get them to do what I want, like accomplishing needed realistic sounding pushes! a lot of the time the result is choppy and doesn't flow well! Still glad I have them though! TB

Really nice. Riff rock with a good message.

Appropriately heavy. Nice harmony work in there too.

Strawberry Fields influenced start. Way cool.

Something in that riff part is ever so slightly not in sync to my ear. It might just be me.... but something in there bugs me. It's like milliseconds. That's the only time I hear it is in the riff. It might simply be the way the drums interact in the mix at the end of the riff.

Still.... very good work on this.

Great intro, and it only gets better from there.
It's a shame that this kind of prog rock isn't written much anymore.
A bit short for that genre, but other than that it's perfect.
I wouldn't change a thing!

We enjoyed the opening with the tip of the hat to the Beatles and continued to enjoy this fine production.

Your vocals sound great to us and the harmony arrangement is very effective.

You’re a great one man band, Torrey, and this song is a shining example.

Another powerful collab from you and Ron!

Thanks Marty! I used a doubler plugin on the lead vocal track that I have never used before, and it gave my voice a little bit different sound! I'm still on the bubble about whether I like it or not!

Great sounding hard rock arrangement. Enjoyed those heavy guitar riffs together with the vocal harmonies.
Inviting intro and very interesting chord to end the song, I like it.
Pleasant surprise, very creative work.

Killer drum sound. Punchy Bass!
Excellent vocals. (the harmonies on the chorus give it a real Rundgren sound/feel)
COOL guitar licks (another attention-to-detail thing...)
GORGEOUS solo.

A strong write.

Stellar.

A very creative piece of work. The guitars and bass worked particularly well together.
Great job.

For me there’s no better place in the band than to have one leg in the harmony world and the other in the percussive. Thank you Paul Tutmarc and Leo Fender.
