Hello Don,
It sounds like there are important files missing from your Band-in-a-Box folder. Your Band-in-a-Box folder is whatever folder you are running bbw.exe from, usually C:\bb. You may have two Band-in-a-Box folders on your computer, one complete and another (for whatever reason) incomplete. I suggest clicking on the start menu and doing a search on your entire hard drive for bbw.exe. If it finds more than one file, look at where they are located and compare that with the one you are using. If you are using a shortcut, you can find out the shortcut's target by right-clicking on it and selecting properties.
