So many people these days can't take constructive criticism and advice. It's one of the main reasons I have pulled out of some of the musical collaborative efforts I've entered into in the past.

You gotta be able to give and take advice and comments from your partners to get the results you're looking for out of the partnership..... Or else why bother?

The Beatles are among the best examples of being able to work with others so that the end result.... The sum, if you will, is greater than the parts.
