The articulations change according to certain notes (key switches), so you need to delete (or modify them to your needed articulation). I don't know if you can do that in BIAB, but you can certainly do that with the dragged MIDI file in Reaper.
Check your documentation for your Kontakt instrument for the key switches (or many times the instrument will display the key switches). They are usually located in the lower notes so they don't conflict with playable notes.
