First, in the plugin, double-check that your folder locations are as expected, by going to File menu | Preferences | Folder Locations. For example, if the Band-in-a-Box application is installed on the internal Mac hard drive, it should be /Application/Band-in-a-Box/ and so on. Also, take note of the Saved Tracks location. Usually this is /Applications/Band-in-a-Box/BBPlugin/SavedTracks. Next, just to be sure, open the StylePicker and rebuild.

Generate a song. Do you get the track "drag n drop icons" now? If not, navigate to the SavedTracks folder in Finder. If it actually generated tracks, there SHOULD be a folder there named with the current timestamp, e.g. "2023-06-10 10:10". If that folder IS there, open it and there SHOULD be a bunch of files (e.g. "MySong -Guitar - t=115.wav" - that is the audio for the guitar track) If the files are there, try playing one of the audio files by double-clicking on it - you SHOULD hear that track playing in your default media player.

What did you find?

Another test you can do, to eliminate the possibility that it is something specific to the plugin in Logic, is to try the "Band-in-a-Box Standalone DAW Plugin.app". You will find this in /Application/Band-in-a-Box/BBPlugin/Files. This is just a version of the "plugin" that runs independently of any host DAW. You should run this, repeat the steps above, and see if there is any difference. FYI you should be able to drag the tracks from this app into Logic.
