You can do this. There are potentially 2 kinds of favorites. In the list where you add them you can save them to a file, ie build a set list. Then go back there.

You can save files to a folder and the icon with the heart will point you at that folder as a favorite and allow you to navigate there. So if you are building a set and call it Set6EasyJazz you can save a dozen or 20 songs here, use the heart and find the folder later or load them into favorites or juke box them.

I assume you are using Band in a Box 2010, I keep up with all the new releases so it's hard to help folks who are some years behind.

Keeping up with all the features of this software can seem like a full time job.

That's what I call value for the money. Explore the options I listed and see if you can't get more organized. I have over 10,000 songs and do admit sometimes I can't figure out which song is where, but in broad strokes my Folksong folders, Jazz Folders, Standards Folders and Rock Folders hold the bulk of my collection.
