[Edit - I see jcland already answered with essentially the same response as I have below]

I'm assuming you don't already run Band-in-a-Box from an external HD, and have been downloading and installing upgrades onto your computer's internal hard drive.

It will be easy to move to your new computer. You should find an external USB hard drive that's at least 250GB - this could be an old Band-in-a-Box hard drive you have lying around. If you have a USB 3 drive and cable that would be preferable (for the speed).

1. Plugin the USB HD into your old computer - find a USB 3 port if it has one (often labelled SS 'SuperSpeed').

2. Copy the entire Band-in-a-Box folder (i.e. C:\bb) from your computer to the external drive.

3. Plug the USB drive into your new computer, and copy the bb folder from there, to the C: drive on your computer.

4. Find the latest Band-in-a-Box program installer (bandinabox_realband_2023*.exe) and install it to the C:\bb folder on your new computer. You should also install the HiQ instruments and Playable RealTracks (3 additional installers). You could run them individually by downloading or copying them from your old computer, or you can use the Install Manager, doesn't matter.

You will need to activate Band-in-a-Box on your new computer. To avoid using up an additional activation you could deactivate it on your old computer by running Band-in-a-Box (old computer with an internet connection) and going to Help | De-activate --> Deactivate Online.
