I'd love to see you at work in your lab, Mario. You are in a tattered old white coat, hair fashioned with an Einstein look, adding bits of your mind into your creation, notes flying around your computer --some discarded while others enforced. There is a beautiful aura swirling around above the scene --the visual soundscape you are creating. Magnificent music that the world needs.
Then I wake up and smile with the distant dream. You sure make the day better, Mario. Marty, you really don't want to see me working in my lab. The lightning bolts from my generator to my clamp-on head bolts that run through my body to my electric guitar may frighten you. I'm extremely glad that you like my little ditties.

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
