I guess that's related to BIAB's limited handling of time signatures.

If it's really only the time signature, one of the following might work. If it has time issues as well, they likely won't.

Try importing and exporting from something else that will let you correct the time signature.

I've not exported from BIAB, so I don't know if it's compressed, but it is or can be exported uncompressed, you might just try editing the XML directly:
