Complete Surrender


This is a song I originally started in 2008 but couldn't get it the way I wanted it. After Di and I got together in early 2011, I was messing around with it when she walked into the room. She commented how much she liked it. I explained I wasn't happy with part of the lyric and couldn't arrange the chorus just right. She sat down and listened several times before saying she thought she could help. And sure enough, this is where we ended up fifteen minutes later.

This is from that batch of songs for which I no longer have the tracks listed - computer fried, and the memory stick which I used for backing up the songs with pertinent info was plugged into the computer and got totally corrupted. All I can tell you is it is from the 11.5 version of BIAB.

Di can no longer sing as she did back then (quickly declining health due to successive strokes & dementia),
