Ok, one question, to Janice: how on Earth do you do it? You sound better and better with each song. Clearer, sassier, raspier (perhaps, in this song) ... what's your secret?  I may pay for it, if needs be, but I need to know, so I may apply it to my own songs, if at all possible Regardless, what a rendition. Superb, nuanced-in-every-detail singing. Great production. One can tell Bud's done his backstage work properly, here - but it must surely, surely be made so much easier when you have such a voice to work with, right? Maybe I need singing lessons, haha ...  - but enough about me, this is a superbly done song, howsoever it has been done! Congratulations to all involved Peter: great, great guitar playing - the perfect foil for the solo line Absolutely well done, to all Thank you for the generous review! Janice is very modest so this is Bud commenting. Janice is like a method actor. When she is working on a song she, as floyd says, “lives with it” until record time. Then she lets it all out in typically one take. I’ve used nearly the same vocal processing for decades. We only record about once a month but listen to multiple genres all the time. She’s the most positive person on the planet so the method acting thing comes in for sad songs. Bud

When I listen to any of you tunes I always hope to be able to say "this is your best yet", but no, that would be a deserve to any of your songs. Great production!
