Bonjour,
je viens de faire l'achat de Band-in-a-Box® 2023 pour Mac, j'ai donc déjà une version 2021 en l'occurance.
ça télécharge super, mais après installation, dois-je désinstaller des éléments de la version 2021?
le programme 21, certains doublons?...
merci si vous avez des conseils

ok non, je n'efface rien, c'était juste pour savoir si l'upgrade ne posait pas de soucis. ça arrive parfois sur d'autres logiciels où il faut desinstaller l'ancienne version en premier etc... merci pour la réponse ça va marcher

Bonjour à tous,
Je viens de faire l'acquisition de Band-in-a-Box 2023
Utilisateur de iReal Pro depuis des années, j'ai été tenté part la qualité des accompagnements de Band-in-a-Box.
Par contre, pour l'instant, je patauge d'autant que mon anglais n'est pas bon quant au vocabulaire spécifique de ce gende de domaine. PG music annonce une version française prochainement.
Savez-vous s'il existe une base de données de morceaux déjà créés pour Band-in-a-Box, titres du répertoire en jazz, brésilien, et autres country, etc comme il en existe pour iReal Pro ?
S'il faut se créer tous les morceaux du répertoire un à un, c'est un sacré boulot !!!
Merci d'avance si quelqu'un peut m'aider.

Et pour la version française de Band In a Box : https://www.pgmusic.com/support.bbm.international.htm Tu peux mettre la VF 2022 sur Biab 2023, ça marche, en attendant la 2023.

Ah! Merci. Je vais installer la version 2023 de la version française.
J'ai des messages me disant d'activer BiaB. Alors qu'il a été activé lorsque je l'ai acheté.
Probablement c'est à cause du patch français 2022. J'ai fait un message à l'assistance de PG music.
Je crains qu'il ne réponde que dans des lustres...
De toute façon, merci pour votre aide.
PS: J'ai cherché à installé la version Française 2023... même problème.
Alors j'ai réinstallé BiaB pour tenter de le débarrasser du patch français 2022... même problème.
Je ne sais pas comment désinstaller BiaB sans perdre des données (install avec un HD externe.) pour pouvoir le réinstaller proprement.
Je peux continuer à l'utiliser. Mais si PG music sont à la plage pour trop longtemps, je vais bientôt plus pouvoir l'utiliser.

Une fois l'installation de BIAB2023 terminée, as tu rentré le Numéro de Série qui t'a été fourni lors de ton achat ?
(je ne comprends pas très bien ton problème ....).

Il ne faut pas désinstaller mais plutôt désactiver puis réactiver.
Si tu désinstalles sans avoir désactivé tu perds une "activation" tu as droit à 3 activations en tout.
Si tu n'as qu'un ordi avec Biab tu peux réactiver comme on te le demande, tu seras tranquille. il te restera toujours une activation pour un autre ordi, au cas où.
Mais souviens toi, même si tu changes d'ordi il faut désactiver ordi1 PUIS activer ordi2 pour garder tes activations possibles.

Bonjour Daniel,
L'idée d'installer la version 2022 était sympa mais elle a une conséquence problématique... car cela fonctionne mais rend impossible l'utilisation du logiciel avec un activation.
On doit activer Band-in-a-Box et cela ne fonctionne pas car le numéro de série est de celui de la version 2023 que je viens d'acheter... et non pas celui du patch 2022 en langue française.
J'ai donc cherché à ré-installer complètement Band-in-a-Box 2023 pour tenter de me débarrasser du patch 2022. Mais toute nouvelle installation reste obstinément sur la version 2022!
Et donc je ne peux pas non plus installer le patch en langue française 2023.
J'ai eu des réponses de l'aide de PG music. Mais ils restent en boucle sur l'impératif de relancer l'installation... Ce qui ne marche pas. Quoi que je leur explique, ils semblent ne pas comprendre. Evidemment, je leur fais des copier-coller des message d'erreur (-47) mais ils sont en français et ils ne comprennent pas.
C'est tout de même incroyable qu'il ne soit pas possible de ré-installer complètement Band-in-a-Box en se débarrasser du patch français 2022.
LAISSEZ TOMBER; J'ABANDONNE. Je viens de demander à sales@pgmusic de prendre en compte ma demande de résignation. J'ai Band-in-a-Box depuis un mois et j'ai passé des heures à essayer de régler des problèmes d'installation. Ils ont mis des jours à solutionner un problème qui faisait que j'obtenais des "impossible d'installer".
Et maintenant c'est l'impossibilité de se débarrasser du patch 2022 et faire une installation, avec patch français 2023.
Ou ce logiciel a des bugs ou l'assistance technique n'a pas de compétences... J'ai envie de faire de la musique. Pas de passer des heures à me prendre la tête sur un logiciel.
Merci encore d'avoir essayé de m'aider.
